I came in to get my new mustang (I love it) and brought my friend to purchase her new 2020 explorer and pre-order her 2020 king ranch. The process for all 3 was faster and easier then buying a single vehicle elsewhere. More

Qualified Recommend My wife and I had a very good experience with Brenden who was very personal and patient with us during the test drive and purchase process; however: My wife and I had a very good experience with Brenden who was very personal and patient with us during the test drive and purchase process; however: 1. It took too much time to get a fair value for my trade-in from management. 2. Dealership tried to “stick” me with a $399. charge for a blinking tail light! Ridiculous! 3. My request to keep my same license plate number got screwed up but is being corrected. 4. Didn’t like the hyped up accessory sales approach. Why not just sell accessories through the parts department like other dealerships do? 5. Don’t tout the tax savings for the trade-in as an effective increase in trade-in value. This is a bogus gimmick and assumes all customers are either naive or stupid. As far as dealer service, this is my first experience with Corwin so I can’t rate until later More

He even did a few things that were above our expectations and was awesome to work with. The entire crew at Corwin was amazing when we went there to finalize the deal, even stopping to say "hi" as we sat at Andrew's desk.
