The work area is clean and you can see the technicians working on your vehicle as they move along. They keep me up-to-date on what I need to know about my car and schedule things appropriately. The billing is fairly transparent so I can see exactly what they build for as well as know what's coming up as far as maintenance goes. I don't feel like they're trying to sell me something all the time that makes me feel good. It does also help that they are very friendly as a group and they work well with each Other. Oil change During the oil change service the battery was tested and failed and I was told that it needed to be replaced. I had the battery retested and it tested in perfect working condition. If I didn't know any better I would say you were trying to sell me a new battery under false pretense. I suggest that you have the battery tester recalibrated and do so on a frequent interval to assure accuracy. More
