Efren Hernandez stepped in and helped me find the right truck which had to be dependable and safe. Efren and I talked, texted, and emailed many times over a week or so looking for just the right truck for my daughter. Efren spent nearly four hours of his day with me as I looked over numerous trucks until settling on one. Efren also assisted in my surprising my daughter with the keys to the truck.
