Issue still persists The experience was pretty average as far as customer service, but mechanically, I am still experiencing the issue that I brought my car in for. There The experience was pretty average as far as customer service, but mechanically, I am still experiencing the issue that I brought my car in for. There were a few things that I was not satisfied with about the whole experience. When we first called, they said they had no rentals available and didn't look at what was being returned that day or offering to look into what was available later. They replaced my four wheel drive suv with a front wheel drive small car with inclimate weather going on and didn't have anything else available. Cody told another worker to help me get my car seats from my car and help carry them to the rental car in the snow and he didn't, he sat there watching me struggle in the cold wet snow. They had my car for a total of 5 days said they couldn't get it to replicate the sound even though a tech heard it when I took him for a test drive in the vehicle and chalked it up to being a rock in there. It wasn't returned with the same amount of gas as I gave it to them. Prior it didn't have a Corwin sticker on it and now it does. I was overall very unhappy with the whole service. The oil change and car wash was the only satisfactory part. The car is still under warranty and was bought as a certified pre owned but is having some pretty serious issues for being only a couple years old and such low mileage. They did say if the issue still persists to bring the car back, but I'm not confident in the service department to truly look into the issue more than they did the first time and am scheduled with a different Ford Dealership to take my car in for service. More

Expert diagnosis and repair of tricky electrical problem My 2007 Ford 500 had an electrical issue making the instrument cluster non-functional including turn signals and stop lights so it was not driveable. My 2007 Ford 500 had an electrical issue making the instrument cluster non-functional including turn signals and stop lights so it was not driveable. I took it to another shop who were unable fix it so I had it towed to Corwin. They had a great deal of trouble diagnosing the problem but stuck with it eventually tracking it down to an intermittent short circuit in a wiring harness. These types of problems are very hard to find so I give all the credit in the world to their service department for successfully repairing the issue. I give special kudos to my service rep Freddie for his patience with my nervousness and in explaining where they were at every step of the process. The final cost was very very reasonable and I suspect there were a number of hours involved in the diagnosis that were not billed to me. I will definitely return to Corwin for future service needs and recommend them to anyone who asks. More
