Tire repair issue The guys at the front desk put my car in right away and repaired the issues with front right tire and replaced a presser sensor that had failed and re The guys at the front desk put my car in right away and repaired the issues with front right tire and replaced a presser sensor that had failed and rebalance the tire free. This is my fourth trip into this shop and I am very happy with all their work on my car. One trip into this shop and you can see professionalism at every level. Expensive and no communication Salesman didn't make the appointment he said he was going to for me so there was no spot for my vehicle when I dropped it off. He was on vacation the Salesman didn't make the appointment he said he was going to for me so there was no spot for my vehicle when I dropped it off. He was on vacation the day and week he was suppose to make my appointment. The other managers took care of my vehicle 2 days total which was good that it got done but I called and called and called and only got voicemails for the 2 days with no answers on my vehicles status. Someone did call me at the end of the 2 days and told me it was ready for pick up but when I got there (2 hours after the call) my vehicle was out on a test drive and I had to wait 30 minutes for its return to check out. Just the tune up (spark plugs on a v8) was over 400.00 which for 120.00 dollars in plugs each seems very expensive. More

I didn't have a very long wait. Service is great, and staff are nice. Only problem is the waiting room chairs are so low that I could barely get up. Old people need higher seats.
