Excellent, Prompt Service I made an appointment and took my 2016 Pilot in for it's first service. It only had 3200 miles on it but was already in service for 12 months so I th I made an appointment and took my 2016 Pilot in for it's first service. It only had 3200 miles on it but was already in service for 12 months so I thought it should get the oil, filter and tire rotation. I was greeted by Jerrell Ferguson who was polite, helpful and good natured. A pleasure to deal with. He got my car checked in, and I was back on the road in about 45 minutes. Saved Our Road Trip We were leaving for vacation and had a flat tire that couldn't be repaired. I had to order a replacement from a tire store, but it wouldn't arrive in time for us to leave when we wanted to. My wife called Freedom Honda and they had the tire in stock. Not only did they get the tire on in about 15 minutes after we arrived, but the installed price was $100 LESS than what the tire store was going to charge! More

Also Freedom was willing to trade cars with another dealer in the Denver area so I could get the car color I wanted. Not all the accessories were installed prior to the purchase, but that was remedied without any hassles. It was a nice touch that the dealership installs better tires on the car than what the factory provided, I'm not sure if this is in response to negative internet posts regarding the factory tires, but if it is, that just shows the dealership is committed to customer satisfaction. In terms of car price, it was very useful to have done the appropriate research and know the fair market pricing of the car and accessories to negotiate a deal you could be happy with.. More
Outstanding and Prompt Service My car would not start and I called late day to see if there was any way I could get my car in the shop for next day service and Rachel was my service My car would not start and I called late day to see if there was any way I could get my car in the shop for next day service and Rachel was my service tech. She got me and the very next morning called to let me know the issue was a dead battery. Within in hour my car was ready and later in the morning I picked it up and was on my way. Service department I brought my CRV into Honda because the steering column was making a clicking noise. Even though my car only has 5700 miles on it and it's a little I brought my CRV into Honda because the steering column was making a clicking noise. Even though my car only has 5700 miles on it and it's a little disappointing that it has a problem already. Apparantly, a cable needs to be replaced and I will be notified when it has come in. This does mean another trip for me to the dealership..... This was my first trip to service; the people I dealt with were very professional and courteous. More

I received a good price for my trade-in and received 0.00% financing )I was able to get the monthly payment needed for my budget). The service department quickly took care of a minor defect in the car and I was able to create a relationship with my new service advisor. The facility is amazing - I'm looking forward to my first oil change - wifi, luxurious seats, TVs, coffee, and snacks. What's not to like! More
