Daniel has been great for the few years we've worked with him. He is knowledgeable, professional and very personal. I recommend him to my friends who own Hondas to ask for him. him. The mechanic AND service member (Daniel) lied about breaking my side mirror. I had them pull up video proving that I brought the vehicle in with the side mirror being attached. I will NEVER return afte breaking my side mirror. I had them pull up video proving that I brought the vehicle in with the side mirror being attached. I will NEVER return after dealing with Daniel and the mechanic calling me a liar for asking them to fix what they broke. Thankfully another team member was willing to help me out and make it right. Purchased a 2019 Ford Expedition Max from this dealership in February. Was shown repair orders stating that they had replaced multiple components during the reconditioning process including the turbo wastega in February. Was shown repair orders stating that they had replaced multiple components during the reconditioning process including the turbo wastegate actuators. Cool. Drove 9 of the 11 miles to my house and the vehicle overheated due to a blown radiator hose that had supposedly already been replaced. Had a tow truck take it back to the dealership that night. It took them several days but they fixed it. The following week the check engine light came on with a P25b6 code for the wastegate b stuck closed. Took it back again. They claim they have recalibrated the actuator and its good to go. At that time Charles, the reconditioning manager, informed me that if the light came back on for the same thing again not to worry because the work they performed before I purchased it would be covered under a 3 year/36000 mile warranty and they would take care of it. Now its 6 months later, the light is on for the same wastegate issue. I take it back in and drop it off. They text me about 3 hours later informing me that they have completed repairs and the vehicle is ready to go. I go to pick it up and they pull it around. I looked at the dash and the CEL and warning message is clearly displayed on the dash. I go back inside and tell them its not fixed. They ask me to leave it with them again so they can diagnose further. I call the following day for an update. They tell me that the wastegate actuator is bad and the warranty is only 12m/12k miles so its not covered. I go pick it up again and take it home and notice that the back bumper is damaged. So I GO BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP AGAIN. Ian, the new recon manager pulls up video footage of when I dropped the truck off and shows me that there was no damage WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF WITH THEM but they can't find any footage of when I picked it up to see if it was them that damaged it or not. Tells me that they popped the bumper back in to place and there is nothing else to do. So I leave again and when I get home the bumper is pulled back off and flapping. More
Roger was amazing advocating for me to get the AC fixed in my CRV through the warranty I purchased through the company. He is great to work with and was very transparent with any of their findings! Corwin is the worst dealership ever and do not care about their customers. We bought a new car and sold it back within 6 months. Rick is an untrustworthy finance department employee who only looks out for hi their customers. We bought a new car and sold it back within 6 months. Rick is an untrustworthy finance department employee who only looks out for his own interests and does not care about helping customers receive the best value for their money. Sales Manager Robert treats customers very poorly with intentions of upselling the customer. Jennifer lied on the phone and in person when taking care of me. Master Tech Jeff was incompetent and did not know how to diagnose my vehicle and returned it in unsafe condition. Corwin's technicians lied about changing parts, and damaged the vehicle during repairs. After returning for the same problem 4 times, we were confident that Corwin's technicians did not have the level of expertise to maintain the car. The car was at the service department for 5 weeks out of the 6 months we owned it, and nothing was ever fixed. I asked for an appraisal, when the car was in the service department for 2 weeks, and it was not done. We always experienced huge hassles getting things done at Corwin and there were problems each and every time. Because of Corwin's horrible employee culture, lack of internal communication, multiple mistakes, and empty promises, we sold our brand new 2025 Honda 6 months after buying. If you buy a Honda, look elsewhere. Poor Management, poor service, and poor technicians. So happy to not ever have to deal with them again. More

After picking up my car today, I had the opportunity to speak with Shawna, the manager, who stayed after hours to personally walk me through the final service and ensure everything met my expectations. During our conversation, it became clear that there had been several miscommunications and misunderstandings that contributed to my earlier dissatisfaction. Shawna took the time to explain the situation, and I now understand there were circumstances I wasn’t aware of at the time. I truly appreciate Shawna’s professionalism, her willingness to go the extra mile, and her effort to make things right. Because of her dedication, I feel confident continuing to use Corwin Honda for my service needs—and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. More
They are all very nice and seem very organized. My Service at the desk was top notch. She was completely confident in her job and loves what she seems to love her job.
