However, there was one part of the process that still has me frustrated and embarrassed and why my overall rating is poor and I will not recommend Freedom Honda to anyone else. The CRV I bought has an additional package that comes with it, you know: "moonroof visor, luggage bars, all weather mats, protective wraps, etc." for $4200. I felt pretty good when I negotiated this down to $0 as almost all of these extras I would not order. The next day I had to come back to have the bars put on the roof. This gave me the time to price out this package individually. Bottom line, the costs of the dealership for this $4200 package could not possibly be more than $1000 and likely is much less. Now, I'm feeling like I got hoodwinked by your "upgrade package" as it's very clear this is used to make sure a customer pays full retail costs, or hopefully for you guys, more than full retail. I'm sure whatever manager is reading this is thinking, "great, that little $4200 package worked as it should". I'm thinking I got misled by this package and it is a shining example of why the car buying experience remains one most consumers would like to avoid. I will be passing my thoughts and experience onto Honda Corp of America. Like I said, Greg and John were good to work with and so was Ricky in Finance. This is clearly a management decision to put this package on each new Touring CRV and one that is leaving me feeling dumb...I don't like to feel like I've been taken and that's how I feel. More

Easiest & fastest ever in all the years of buying cars. My husband received a letter from Freedom Honda about needing older Hondas. Even though his Honda wasn't that old, he decided to go check out the offer. He started with Brandon Wilson, one of the sales reps. Brandon showed him a new 2017 Honda Civic and they test drove it. My husband loved it and decided to see how much extra it would cost to purchase it by trading in his car. Dan from finance, who we have known for many years, gave us a great deal, and we bought the car. We finished up the paper work with Ricky while Brandon got the car ready for us and helped us clean out the old car. Neither my husband or I have ever had such great service in such a short period of time. I would highly recommend Freedom Honda!. They made buying a car easy! More

When my car broke down and had to be towed into the dealership, Carol got me scheduled the same day to get the problem diagnosed and fixed.
