Purchased 2015 Honda Certified Accord Freedom Honda was excellent to work with when I was looking for a new Honda Accord to replace my 2007 Accord. The sales staff, owners, finance and shop personnel are outstanding. Each staff member that I was in contact with answered my questions, were patient as I made various decisions and presented a fair and honest assessment of my trade-in and the new car pricing. The time spent was as expected and the staff does their best to make things efficient and speedy, even though there is always a ton of paperwork to get through. The actual dealership venue is nice and clean, all of the staff are exceptionally nice and courteous. Cannot say enough about how outstanding Freedom Honda is as a dealership. I definitely feel like the entire staff has my best interests in mind and will be there in the future should I have any questions or concerns. Professional all the way!!! Service of my 2006 Honda Pilot David met me in the service bay and escorted me to the waiting room. I wanted to have the oil and filter changed (using my free coupon), and he said David met me in the service bay and escorted me to the waiting room. I wanted to have the oil and filter changed (using my free coupon), and he said they were pretty busy and that it would take about 1 1/2 hours. As it turned out it was about an hour and was informed that my vehicle was due for an air and cabin filters. I elected not to have them replaced at this time. The waiting room was very pleasant and David was very professional. Thanks for washing and vacuuming my vehicle. More
