I felt pressured to buy my vehicle. I originally came in just to look and decide if I even wanted a Honda. When I told Dominic I had no intention of buying that day, he apparently told DuWoyn who came out and told me I needed to get a car today, before the rebates expired. Although DuWoyn and I have known each other for years, I just felt like a number. I said I was looking for a 2026 and was told, “no, you want a 2025”. I was told I was getting all these discounts, but after looking at my numbers I couldn’t see where those discounts were. I was also told by Dominic via text that he had my mats and cargo liner on October 6th. Two weeks later I received the mats (after multiple texts inquiring about them) but no liner. I have reached out several times about the liner and each response is “I will get them out to you” and “should be within a few days”. Over a month having my car and still no cargo liner. I was also told my car could be delivered since I was in Denver . They would have delivered it by having someone drive it to me. I just decided to drive to the Springs again to pick up my car. This experience was unpleasant and although I have referred friends in the past I will not be doing so moving forward. More
