I like my car and my salesman, Charlie. Charlie is new and a bit unsure of himself. He was resourceful though because I came in for used vehicle & purchased a new one instead. However, I spent way too much time sitting & waiting for vehicle search & heavy pressure to pay for dealership add-ons totaling about $2800. Every time I asked how long it would take, I received an underestimated time... 15 mins., 30 mins., etc. It was not timely at all. I was there about 6 hours. Financing was another opportunity to waste my time. Mario repeatedly tried to sell me 5 or 10 year extended warranty for $4-6,000 citing electronics. I asked Mario for copies of everything I signed during sale on 2/26. As of today, 3/11, I am still waiting. Overall, interactions with Charlie & Dom were outstanding and friendly; and I love the CR-V. More

I felt pressured to buy my vehicle. I originally came in just to look and decide if I even wanted a Honda. When I told Dominic I had no intention of buying that day, he apparently tol I originally came in just to look and decide if I even wanted a Honda. When I told Dominic I had no intention of buying that day, he apparently told DuWoyn who came out and told me I needed to get a car today, before the rebates expired. Although DuWoyn and I have known each other for years, I just felt like a number. I said I was looking for a 2026 and was told, “no, you want a 2025”. I was told I was getting all these discounts, but after looking at my numbers I couldn’t see where those discounts were. I was also told by Dominic via text that he had my mats and cargo liner on October 6th. Two weeks later I received the mats (after multiple texts inquiring about them) but no liner. I have reached out several times about the liner and each response is “I will get them out to you” and “should be within a few days”. Over a month having my car and still no cargo liner. I was also told my car could be delivered since I was in Denver . They would have delivered it by having someone drive it to me. I just decided to drive to the Springs again to pick up my car. This experience was unpleasant and although I have referred friends in the past I will not be doing so moving forward. More
