My experience has always been good at Freedom Honda. I was a little shocked to find out that I had to pay for a rental car! Also back in Florida at my Honda dealer I always got my car washed after repairs was a little shocked to find out that I had to pay for a rental car! 670 miles away from home when the clutch went out in my 1998 Honda CRV (Yes, 1998 --> that is NOT a typo). Checked out local Honda service reviews, and FREEDOM HONDA came out on top. Worked with CRAIG S 1998 Honda CRV (Yes, 1998 --> that is NOT a typo). Checked out local Honda service reviews, and FREEDOM HONDA came out on top. Worked with CRAIG Schroetlin, service advisor. CRAIG was very understanding and went above and beyond to get the parts they needed (since they don't carry parts for 1998 in stock), even during the busy 4th of July weekend. CRAIG took good care of my "baby" and everything was back in running order in a few days. Thank you CRAIG and FREEDOM HONDA!! I would highly recommend you to everyone. More
