Great Experience We stopped in to look at vehicles and left with a new vehicle! Keith Jackson was great to work with during this process. He listened to what I wante We stopped in to look at vehicles and left with a new vehicle! Keith Jackson was great to work with during this process. He listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and helped me sort out what was most important and ultimately which model was right for me. Soon I was test driving a vehicle. I was pleased with the safety features, comfort and handling of the vehicle. Keith took time to teach me how to use the safety features and try them out on the test drive. I never felt pressured and was pleased he spoke to me instead of only to my husband. Keith called the next day and suggested we stop by and go over a few more features which we did. He took time out of his day to teach me how to use those features and then told us we could stop by anytime with questions. Thank you Keith Jackson for making this a painless experience! You are a great listener and sales person. The only negative I might mention is the sales manager(Dylan?) kept interrupting and asking if Keith was treating us well. Keith definitely knew the vehicles inside and out and was very competent to sell a vehicle on his own. I found the interruptions annoying and a put down to the sales person. More

After purchase Keith spent time showing us all the functions and how they worked. During the, do we want to purchase the truck, Joel Ewing answered all finance questions and helped us get a great deal that convinced us to purchase. On to Mario Martinez who handled all the paperwork and when we had concerns on an item he would contact the appropriate person to address our concern. We've had a few people contact us to make sure we were happy and that we were treated right. We needed a couple of things looked at on the truck and we were contacted by service to set an appointment the next regular work day. I could go on and on but suffice to say we are very pleased that we bought our vehicle at Freedom Honda. More
