Not fully informed I wanted to buy a remote car starter for my wife’s car and decided to get the factory starter so there would not be any splicing on the wires. It was I wanted to buy a remote car starter for my wife’s car and decided to get the factory starter so there would not be any splicing on the wires. It was $435 for just the starter and 1 transmitter. I payed for this one and decided to install it myself and was able to do so with relative ease. Once I had everything installed, I find out that you have to have a special device that plugs into the car in order to program the transmitter. So I go down to Freedom Honda where I bought everything and asked if I could get the tool in order to do this and they tell me that one of there service technicians would have to do it and that it was going to cost an additional $65 to get this done! It is really irritating when you try and do something yourself and they are happy to sell you something but not tell you that you need a special tool in order to program your remote!!! I would have just gone somewhere else for a lot less money and just hade them do it and gotten the same results without any hassle. I would not recommend Freedom Honda and I know I will never go there again!!!! More

Very helpful and friendly! Nick and Hose were great to work with! Our only real issue is it sounds like the car was not inspected before it hit the lot. So, we bought and drove Nick and Hose were great to work with! Our only real issue is it sounds like the car was not inspected before it hit the lot. So, we bought and drove home but found out after that we needed to bring the car back for a full day to fix a rear view mirror and have the whole car looked over. While we are thankful they are still willing to do that, we just wish it would have happened before we took it home to save the hassle of being without a car for a whole day. Shout out to Nick who graciously answered all my texts in a timely manner and even when he wasn't working! More
