The process was fairly easy, though three hours to buy a vehicle is ridiculous in my opinion. First the salesman and then two financial guys who worked hard to have us buy add on features that we did not want. Our salesman was low key-not hard selling commission type that many dealers have. And the financial guys were personable too. Freedom puts on several after market products that are not needed by most people, and the cost is close to $1,000 extra. These are put on all incoming vehicles whether you want them or not. They will order a vehicle without them if you ask, which is good. If you order a new vehicle make sure that they do not security etch your vehicle. They charge $300+ for that and it is totally unnecessary, and does nothing to make it easy to track your vehicle if stolen, the VIN number works fine for law enforcement according to Consumer Reports and law enforcement officers I have asked. It is well worth popping in to Freedom Honda, they have knowledgeable staff, get the vehicle nicely prepared for you, and Honda is a very reliable brand. We are well satisfied with our purchase through Freedom Honda. More

Obviously they have too much business, and don't want more. I inquired about a vehicle that had just arrived at their dealership. I was told the vehicle would be on display for 30 days. I asked at least 3 times I inquired about a vehicle that had just arrived at their dealership. I was told the vehicle would be on display for 30 days. I asked at least 3 times how much they were selling it for (msrp or otherwise). I was told multiple times, "I don't know". Well, that's certainly not very helpful. Less than 24 hrs later, I received an email informing me that the vehicle had been sold. WOW! THANKS! I will be purchasing all my future Hondas elsewhere. More
