First visit took over 4 hrs. To tell us they didn’t have the part, second visit to install the part was told would take an hour 1/2 no later than 2 hrs. Took almost 3 hrs. Droppped off at 0800 - didn't hear from rep until after noon. Tech could not replicate problem, but did not inspect the cable for the sliding door. Thankfully I was not charged for the inspection, but I noon. Tech could not replicate problem, but did not inspect the cable for the sliding door.
