Car was priced at a reasonable price. Malcolm was great to work with. After purchasing I found the usb ports in the vehicle were having issues so i brought it back just to get told they couldn't fix it. It to work with. It's actually a really easy fix and after doing research I fixed it myself in about 15 minutes. Financing was also very unfair. I have an 812 credit score and was only offered a 4.44% rate. I immediately refinanced with a different bank for 2.25% and will shave an entire year off of payments. Overall I'd say my experience was average and what I've come to expect from car dealerships. (Which I inherently have a low opinion of). Malcolm was a great guy. None of my complaints are in regard to him. I'm happy with my new car and am even more happy I don't have to deal with the frustrating process of buying a car for several years to come. More

Talked with Adam who sent me over to the parts department to talk with Jesse about my issue, I explained to him what the problem was, had them take a look at it.
