I went in today because they wanted to buy my car back. I want to start out and say even though my sales guy was stretch thin he did a great job. I waited two hours to realize the deal wasn’t going to work because a decimal got put in the wrong place. Which is no surprise the place was a zoo. I know dealership are busy but the atmosphere seemed a bit unprofessional. Honestly my sales man deserves better. Co workers flirted constantly. One front desk lady ignored a someone who was standing in front of her. After that she proceeded to shout at someone about the interaction. One sale guy was jumping on desk. The managers can’t focus long enough to do anything right. I left feeling stupid and like my time was wasted because someone couldn’t do proper math. More
