Brought my car in and it drove fine. When I picked it up it no longer functioned and had to bring back. Now it’s sitting out on the road. I brought it in to get FIXED not broken. I sat at the dealership for 2 hours for an oil change + transmission flush despite being quoted a 60-90 min wait. At the 2 hour mark they sent me the inspection report and I approved two air filter changes transmission flush despite being quoted a 60-90 min wait. At the 2 hour mark they sent me the inspection report and I approved two air filter changes. On the report, I saw that they completed a tire rotation that I didn’t ask for. I texted my service advisor and didn’t receive a response. The status tracker was never updated. After another hour (3 hours total), I asked for an ETA and they wrapped up service. They removed the charge for the tire rotation but did not seem surprised or apologetic. The latest in a long stream of disappointments and I don’t plan to continue maintaining my car here. More

I did notice, when I got home and upon inspection, the cover over the break fluid reservoir was not attached and lying on the ledge above between the hood. Maybe I'm nit picking, but it leaves me to question the quality and completeness of the services. All fluids appear to be fresh and up to capacity. I have not looked under the vehicle to inspect.
