The tracking system is not accurate. After we approved of the recommended services online, the tracking said it was still in inspection state, not moved to Service. I was very disappointed with the time it took from appointment time at 10 till the service job was done at 12:15. I arrived at my appointment on time, only to be met by a long line up. I drove 3 1/2 h appointment time at 10 till the service job was done at 12:15. I arrived at my appointment on time, only to be met by a long line up. I drove 3 1/2 hours to get to this appointment on time only to be checked in 15 minutes later and was told it would take 2 hours. A scheduled service job should not have to take this long. More
