Jo Velasco literally laughed in my face when I told her I thought my Buick Regal was worth $1,500. The most Eisinger would offer me was $500, then turned around and listed it for sale at $2000!! The mileage has also been altered in their advertisement. Mileage is listed at 197,930, and I traded it in at over 214,000 miles. Wow big difference! This is not only devious and an underhanded way of doing business, but another main reason why people think car dealers can't be trusted. You can be assured I will tell everyone in the Mission Valley about your devious business practices!!! More

Anything he did not know he told me he would find out (that is refreshing after talking with many used car salesmen from other dealerships who seemed to know everything about everything, even when they obviously did not have a clue). Anthony did a couple hands on inspections and not only did he accurately described the vehicle, he told me a couple of things that may be of concern, just for me to consider while making my decision to purchase this vehicle. I drove about 300 mi. each way to purchase the vehicle and when I got there everything was ready. Brian Harris completed the paperwork and was very helpful as well. The communication with everyone who works at the dealership was terrific. I am not usually generous with 5 stars, but there were some things that were done after the money changed hands that go way beyond what was expected.
