SURPRISE FOR MY FIANCE Hitch and Anthony were extremely professional, knowledgeable and informative. I loved how I was contacted by phone to confirm my wants and needs for Hitch and Anthony were extremely professional, knowledgeable and informative. I loved how I was contacted by phone to confirm my wants and needs for the truck I was interested in. Because I was surprising my fiance with buying the truck for him, I only had a particular day and time that I could test drive and purchase this truck so Hitch took over my inquiry and sale. Hitch took a approximately 3 hours with me to explain all the gadgets and features that this truck had and also showing me how they all operate. . . thank you! Then I asked if it was possible to put a bow on the hood when I came back on Monday to pick up the vehicle, Hitch said that could be possible. When my fiance and I arrived at the dealership on Monday at the appointed time, the truck was in the showroom with a huge bow on the hood and Hitch continued to play the surprise with me by introducing himself and asking what brought us in today. When we said we would like to look at a 2017 Sierra 2500 HD, Hitch showed us our truck with saying "this one I believe is already sold, but you take a look if this meets your needs" and then handed over the temporary registration card to my fiance, which had both our names on it. When we drove it out of the showroom, several of the employees clapped and said congratulations! This was a very emotional delivery for my fiance and I. Thank you Hitch! The one thing I was very disappointed in about this whole experience, is that the truck was not very clean in the inside. When a customer spends that huge amount of money, the vehicle should be delivered in "pristine" condition "inside and out". More
