"A Very Enjoyable Experience!" Recently my wife and I found that we had to buy a new car ASAP, due to an off road accident. After 4 days of searching for our "Perfect Car" on Craig Recently my wife and I found that we had to buy a new car ASAP, due to an off road accident. After 4 days of searching for our "Perfect Car" on Craigs List, Auto Magazines, and Dealerships in Montana, Idaho and Washington, we were ready to give up! At the beginning of our search, we had prayed and asked the Lord to give us direction in finding the right car and dealership that would make both of us happy, and so we continued our search again, website by website. After a few minutes we clicked on the "Eisinger Motors" website again. Immediately a page titled "NEW ARRIVAL" appeared and featured a picture of a beautiful 2002 "Sunfire Red Pearl" Toyota 4Runner in "mint condition!" It looked like a brand new car! In fact, it had less mileage on it than many of the 2012's and 2013's I had seen in my previous 4 days reviewing cars. It was around 4pm on a Saturday, but I CALLED "EISINGER" IMMEDIATELY....and was put in touch with Anthony Juliano. He said the car was still available, and so I told him we would be there within the hour. What a blessing! When we got to the dealership Anthony was waiting for us. He had brought the car to the front of the dealership, washed it, and had it all ready for a test ride. Now I can assure you that we have purchased many cars in the last 45 years, and encountered many typical "used car sales reps," but this time it was different. When we went on the "test drive" it was like we had brought a good friend or family member to check it out with us. We felt totally relaxed and assured that we were with someone who really cared about our thoughts and interests, and was truly interested in helping us find our perfect vehicle. When we got back from the test drive we talked about our families, he answered all the questions we had about the car, and then since it was almost 6 o'clock, we signed papers on the car, and said we would come back the next week to pick the car up. A few days later when we did, Anthony personally walked us through the dealership introducing us to everyone from mechanics to receptionists to other sales personal. We can honestly say we were treated like royalty from the test drive to the final drive off the lot, That day we knew that we had made the right decision, that we had purchased the right car, and that we had worked with a group of people that truly cared about us and had "our best interests" at heart. We feel we have made a lifetime friendship with Anthony Juliano, and would highly recommend him to friends, family and strangers who might be looking to purchase a car or truck in the near future. Call Anthony first! Tell him what your looking for. He had our "dream car" waiting for us when we got to the dealership. If not, there's a good chance he can find what your looking for soon. Excellent service and sales! On Monday, January 9, 2017, on the third day of a 1350 mile drive from Northridge, California, to Kalispell, Montana, I lost control of my 2006 Saturn On Monday, January 9, 2017, on the third day of a 1350 mile drive from Northridge, California, to Kalispell, Montana, I lost control of my 2006 Saturn Ion on Highway 83 under snowy conditions 80 miles south of Kalispell. I survived the accident without a scratch even though my car rolled over once while sliding 35 feet down an embankment and landing on the driver's side. My car, once towed to Kalispell and evaluated, was determined to be totalled by my insurance company. I had not bought a car in ten years, so I had no idea what I really needed to have, and what I could afford. Because I had been impressed with the maintenance service on my Saturn at Eisinger Motors over the course of 30 months, I chose to visit this dealership to find a replacement vehicle. My first visit was later that week, just before closing, when I met Anthony Juliano, and we set a time for me to come back before the week was over. We spent most of the day together test driving new and used vehicles that might fit my needs. There was absolutely no pressure from Anthony. Instead, he was extremely patient, friendly, and knowledgeable about his vehicles and in assessing my needs in ways that I hadn't even thought about. Interestingly, after considering several cars, the first car we looked at became the car I decided to purchase. Finance was arranged that same day, and I drove the car off the lot the next day. The entire process was efficient and painless. Anthony made it that way. Although I was convinced at the time that I had made the right choice, the more I drive the car, the more and more satisfied I am with Anthony Guliano, Eisinger Motors, the process, and, of course, my new car. I must add that among other possible programs for purchasing a vehicle, I went to Eisinger Motors because of the service they had given me on my Saturn. In the final analysis, if the product is good (which it is at Eisinger Motors), then the rest is really all about the service. That's what brings customers back...just like me.
