However, that was out of the question for me, so I had to go back to Eisinger Motors right away for a car, a second time. Already familiar with the process, I knew a little about what I was looking for & getting into, but was very overwhelmed & nervous. Frenchy was very kind right away & not only made me feel more comfortable while test driving & going through my different options, but also took my fear of driving into consideration & helped me as best he could to encourage me to not be so overwhelmed by the car buying process. Unlike the stereotypical salesman, Frenchy was/is extremely honest and helpful with me & did everything he could to make sure I was making choices fit for me. Greg Eisinger, the owner, and Paul Anderson, the sales consultant , are both great to work with and upfront on all the details of the transaction. Once I decide on a vehicle, the last thing I want to do is to spend 2 hours in the finance manager's office completing the paperwork. As I requested, all the paperwork was completed before I came in for delivery of the vehicle; I spent about 5 minutes with JD Dykes, the finance manager, signing all the required documents and about 20 minutes with Paul Anderson as he synced by cell phone and reviewed all the details of the vehicle (thank you Paul), so I was out of there with my new Silverado within 30 minutes, just as I had requested!
