We traveled from Tacoma WA to purchase a 2013 GMC Duramax Diesel. Communication with our sales rep, Remi was excellent! I wish I could give zero stars to be honest. They posted a vehicle that was grossly overpriced (go figure) then when my husband and I went to look at it and test drive it, they had it ON THE LOT completely a vehicle that was grossly overpriced (go figure) then when my husband and I went to look at it and test drive it, they had it ON THE LOT completely trashed. Cigarettes, weed containers, pill bottles, garbage strewn all about and in the front seat... How about don’t post it (or overpriced for that matter) if you haven’t even taken the time to clean it. Then when I called to let them know, Anthony was his name, didn’t give an absolute crap. He could have rectified the situation or at least shown good customer service but that was obviously too much to ask. 😅 0/10 would not recommend ever. More
