After the great service that Michael Ulbricht gave us the 1st time we came in about 2 years ago on a newer used car (2014 GMC Terrain), we called Michael directly to arrange an appointment for a 2nd purchase this past week. We purchased a new car this time (2018 Chevy Trax) and I love it! It's a great compact size SUV that will be great on gas with lots of goodies in it. Michael has always been great to work with and can be funny too. He gave us the best deal we could find anywhere. He spent as much time with us as we needed. He even stayed about an hour after they closed to help us get our OnStar working properly as there was an issue on Onstar's side. When we're ready to buy another car, we will definitely be calling Michael up again! As of now though, we have 2 wonderful cars that will last us for quite some time. Thanks Mike for everything! The last sales person I worked with didn't return calls or texts so I had lost the opportunity on a different vehicle. This wasn't the case with Hitch, he was always quick to reply. More

Called several times to get an issue fixed (that they said they would get fixed before I signed the papers. so if you see an issue get it on paper no matter how little it is) and couldn’t even schedule an appointment till I physically went in there and got one scheduled. I felt very unwanted when I dropped off the car. I felt like they were annoyed that I would even asked them to fix my car. Still have issues, but they aren’t willing to deal with them. I made the mistake of trusting this dealership. Thinking that they would take care of us after we purchased it, but I don’t feel like I would be fairly taken care of. I will not be taking the car back even for the free oil change. I do not trust that things will go easy and I’m worried that I will have to pay for something that’s not needed. More
