kkm.montana, I am somewhat taken back by the comments above. Yesterday, when you were in, we fixed exactly what you asked for, as well as fixing an issue that you stated had happened after you owned the vehicle. Everything you asked for was addressed. It was after that fix was completed that you stated you had issues with your tires. Those issues with the tires never came up during the purchase process, and didn't come up until after we fixed your car at no cost to you. We strive here to help our customers as much as we can, but we do not have the ability to go back after the fact and add several hundreds, and in this case, close to $1000 of additional reconditioning expense to previous purchases. We would be out of business very soon if we did that. I would be more than willing to help you purchase a new set of tires if you choose (even though our service department says that is not needed) at a discounted cost. I apologize if you felt like you were unwanted, but we tried to handle the situation immediately for you yesterday, and without cost to you. I hope in the future you will have a change of heart and still come in for your free oil change, as well as any future service or purchasing needs.
