Chris Doerschlag is one of Boulder Toyota's greatest assets. Every time I come into the shop he has a smile on his face and is ready to jump in and solve any and all problems. My sister lives in Boulder but is working in Denmark on a two year assignment. One of her daughters noticed that the back tire of their 4-Runner was low so my sister asked me to take the car in for service. Chris immediately checked out all four tires and determined that the one is question was indeed losing air and needed further inspection. He told me I did the right thing by coming in, which was reassuring, and he said he would get it up on the lift as quickly as possible to understand what needed to be done. The service team found a nail in the tire and it was repaired quickly. Chris personifies customer service excellence and our entire extended family (we all own Toyotas) feels lucky to have such a knowledgable, kind and personable "go to guy" at Boulder Toyota. He deserves a bonus or at least a pat on the back from executive management!! More
I was very satisfied with the Service and friendliness of all the staff at the Toyota dealership service department. They made every effort to meet my needs which I greatly appreciated. Dale is very knowledgeable and is happy to explain everything you need to understand what work is required on your car. I felt like I could approach my decisions better as a result. They are also a trustworthy staff. More
Had repeated visits for same problems and had to pay for labor every time. Always had to call at least 2 times before someone could schedule appointment. When called for Oil & Filter Service, 3 times I did not get appointment within 2 days of the call. Last week I was told no slots are available for one week due to new customers being accommodated from other shop that closed. Prices for services and labor are at least 10% more than other shops. Shuttle services for morning drop off have very long wait times, had to arrange for alternate transport for the last couple of times after waiting for over 30mins. More

Happily, my neighbor and his wife just purchased a Rav 4 from you at the end of February, not on my recommendation (I didn't know they were even considering a new vehicle), but because your internet sales department responded quickly and with a significantly superior price. When I learned that they had purchased from Boulder Toyota, I told them that they had chosen the best dealership in the area for both sales and service - that your service department would look after their needs and wouldn't try to "up-sell" parts or service that they didn't need. As I had stated in the first survey I was asked to complete, the only negative comment I would have regarding my recent experience is that a greasy handprint was left on the driver's side door panel n complete, the only negative comment I would have regarding my recent experience is that a greasy handprint was left on the driver's side door panel near the window. I was very impressed however when within only about an hour after submitting my first survey responses, I received a call from the customer service manager offering to clean the spot at no cost and at my convenience. I appreciate the prompt follow up and offer. I would like to also mention that the process of making an appointment is much easier now. I spoke with two different women during the process of booking and confirming my appointment and it was refreshing how friendly, professional, and helpful they were. (I am so sorry that I do not remember their names.) Keep up the good work!! More
