He helped me get my engine light off because of difficult experience. Helped me get a discount because it was a longer process to fix the engine. Giving the year of the car, it has failed again and he's been very helpful trying to discuss trade in or what the next step is.

The salesperson we worked with, Mr Graham Goguen, was awesome. Very patient with our questions, well informed about the car details, no “hard sell”, and made for a pleasant car purchase experience.

I went in for a tire rotation. - Arlo

I went in for a tire rotation. I also asked that the piece of material behind the backseats that keeps falling down be repaired. It looked like it only needed a few more pieces of Velcro attached to keep it from falling down. However, when I got the car back, I was told that the service department had ordered a replacement part for me. This is not what I asked for. It should’ve been a simple repair. This piece has been falling down since a month or two after I purchase the car. It always seems to take a long time to get a simple service completed. I waited an hour and a half for a simple tire rotation. this is frustrating, as I had scheduled an appointment, so that they knew I was coming in, and knew what I was coming in for.
