A few problems with my new, used car. They were very happy and quick to fix the problems, wish they had found them and repaired them before I bought the car. 1- extremely overpriced ($90 for a cabin filter)? 2- car had tire pressure light on. Nobody fixed it. After all, it was a car issue not solved. 4- last time, I asked about some electronic issues with my display screen. The rep said no one knew, and I should call Laramie office where I bought the car. Seriously? Are you a Toyota dealer or not?! The conclusion: I’ll do the free services there, as soon as I’m Out of warranty, I’ll never come back. You are not a true Toyota dealer. More

No courtesy shuttle, I was the first one on the shuttle list for a ride and ended up waiting 2hrs at the dealership for them to complete a scheduled oil change.
