The staff in the service department appears to not care. I have waited in line to check in for over 15 minutes. I have scheduled an appointment and my car has sat in their lot for over an hour before work I have waited in line to check in for over 15 minutes. I have scheduled an appointment and my car has sat in their lot for over an hour before work was begun (my gps notifies me when my car moves). They will not honor recommendations by Toyota for vehicles driven in adverse conditions (dirt roads, extreme cold, etc). The waiting room is low standard compared to others I have been in. Now that my Toyota care is over I will be going to a different Toyota dealership. I have an extended warranty for door dings and they wouldn’t even look at it or recommend a place for me to go look at it. More
Had our 4Runner serviced and oil changed for $1700. The car began to leak oil due to bad oil cap. They claimed based on a car fax that the car had the oil changed again two weeks after they serviced The car began to leak oil due to bad oil cap. The service provider on the car fax even called and informed the service manager that they had never serviced the car and it was an error on the car fax. They were very rude, dismissive and I believe dishonest in their dealings. Would never ever trust them. Don’t go there. More
I was overcharged on the basis of the firm quote of cost before leaving vehicle. I have not yet been reimbursed even though promised. Changing the 12V battery took several hours (5mins job). Technician did not perform multi-point inspection as requested and promised. I also found out that the 12V battery had been bad for a while. Engine Technician did not perform multi-point inspection as requested and promised. I also found out that the 12V battery had been bad for a while. Engine filter and cabin air filter were extremely dirty. All of those components were never recommended to be replaced during all the previous services with multi point inspection. This makes me question whether all of the charged services were really performed. I am also skeptical that the hybrid battery replaced by the dealership was indeed bad. More

I did not receive any notice that service was due. Went in after 6 Mos. Just over 4,000 mi. They wanted to put in a new cabin filter, which was not necessary at 4,000 miles. On my old prius, they had to reset the maintenance time. I asked if they did that. They may have, but they also reset my seat far back, and reset my total average miles to 0. A wash is usually standard, but I had to ask to have that done. It took way longer than it should have, to have a simple service. When i went to get into my car, i had to take the plastic off the seat for them. I also have a 2nd key there, but I could not get an appt to have that done at the same time (even though I asked when I made this appt). The 2nd key should have been in months ago. When I called some time ago,to ask about it, they said it had been approved and did I want to order it. What? They were waiting for me to call in to tell them to order it? I never had such poor service at Stapp or Mountain States. Long story short, I won't be having my car serviced there again. More
Staff members behind desks when you first walk in are unwilling/uninterested in interacting with or helping customers. Did not diagnose or fix problem with brakes going out on steep mountain road.
