Corwin Toyota Boulder - Service Center

I took my car in for its 20K mile service. Basically, an oil change, tire rotation, and general inspection. I was told by the service manager that this should be done in about 1 hour. After waiting 2 and a half hours, I inquired about the status of my car. It took the service manager a few minutes to figure this out. I was then told that it should be done in 15 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes I went to go check on the status again. I waited another 15 minutes by the service manager's desk for my vehicle to finally be delivered. More

I was able to get the necessary work done in a reasonable time period. The service attendant at the front desk was very helpful & kind & helped me find where I needed to go. Omar was great with me. I was told it was time for a 30,000 check ups. I only had 23,000 miles . I just purchased new tires in November I was told I need them balanced and a wheel allingement . I have never been told all this when I have 23,000 miles . It is almost new . More
