Corwin Toyota Boulder - Service Center

I purchased a extend service agreement for $110. 00 when I purchased my $60k truck. Tyler Giulio said I had 2 years of service with the purchase and the $110.00 would give me 2 additional years of oi 00 when I purchased my $60k truck. Tyler Giulio said I had 2 years of service with the purchase and the $110.00 would give me 2 additional years of oil changes etc etc. Tyler told me it was a way to ensure I come back to Toyota and service the truck. I came into the dealership as instructed and was charged $90 for the oil change. I have only had the truck for just over 24 months. When I asked the service center he took my total care auto paperwork looked at it and said, sorry man. I will not come back to that dealership for anything. Totally unreal. More

Corwin service has a quality control problem. Everytime I've pick up my car something was incomplete or at least inconvenient. My 4runner had a loose battery terminal cover, grease marks on the hood and overwhelming room freshener -- ASK FIRST! Please improve your quality control processes. Service was as expected, including recommendations of two air filter changes. What was not expected and didn't seem right was advising my alignment failed and required immediate attention. prices are absolutely absurd. they tried to charge me $233 for a fuel system cleaner which i found out online was only like $30. i had to go to the desk to have that price brought they tried to charge me $233 for a fuel system cleaner which i found out online was only like $30. i had to go to the desk to have that price brought down to a much more reasonable one. they charged me $73 for installing a cabin air filter that cost them ~$10. you would be much better off going to a local service shop for reasonable prices. the place is also very hectic and for a routine maintenance i had to wait for three full hours. Blake and Brian worked on my fuel. Door to give me the chance to open the fuel door and get gas. They checked out the door it’s self which is not in alignment.
