The ongoing construction chaos is not their fault- I suppose when completed it will all be fine. It is a very uncomfortable experience right now. I have only one complaint with service. I told them I am coming in for a 90,000 mile maintenance on my Prius. Service mgr never mentioned that there are MANY things recommended at this check. Up to $700 dollars worth of maintenance! So I did not have the chance to schedule more work that day, arrange the money, and leave the car for the day. Now I have to find time for another appointment. More

Work was personable, took time to explain the issues. The car trouble was fixed in a timely manner. The Lyft ride service is appreciated.
