First of all, let me say this is the first new vehicle we have purchased We do not know who this person is as we never had any contact with him. First of all, let me say this is the first new vehicle we have purchased in about 16 years. Since we are not familiar with auto dealerships in the area, my son suggested we stop at Corwin Toyota though there are other Toyota dealerships in the area. We were in the dealership for over 20 minutes showing interest in vehicles on display. My husband and I are both disabled and our son escorted us throughout the dealership. Not one person in the dealership acknowledged we were even there let alone reach out to us for help. We were 45 seconds away from walking out the door to go to another dealership in the city. Jaida Roberts saw my son's t-shirt, walked up to him and started a conversation. It was a wonderful experience from there. She was able to get us the vehicle we were looking for, took us out for a test drive, walked us through every step of the way, connected us with another young lady named Tamara Gonzales and made the rest of our experience with Corwin Toyota a pleasant one.
