When I began looking for a Tundra, the website said that it was at the dealership. I arrived to look at the truck, but it was actually still in transit. I was told that the vehicle would be at the dealershi it was at the dealership. I arrived to look at the truck, but it was actually still in transit. I was told that the vehicle would be at the dealership between May 29th and June 2nd. Towards the end of that time frame, I called the dealership asking for an update. The sales rep then informed me that the window had moved from the aforementioned timeline, to June 2nd to the 8th. I wouldn’t have known that unless I called. Fast forward a few days, and still no update. So I called again. Only to find out that multiple vehicles had been delivered, save mine. I reached out to the initial sales rep, who said he would get back to when he was on shift next, but again, I had to reach out first. I have attempted to reach out to one of the managers several times. Both over email and phone, no response. Still waiting on my vehicle, and let down by the utter lack of communication from the dealership. They were real fast to take my check, but delivering what was promised is a different issue. Update: well it’s been a few days. No change other than the fact that the dealership has lost all future business from my family. More

George went above and beyond finding my Grand Highlander after the factory sent the wrong car with options, I didn't order; and options that I ordered that were absent.
