I had a great experience with Stephen on 9/1. I actually went to Mountain States Toyota the day before and was pretty dissatisfied with my visit. He kept in touch for the two weeks before we had met and ensured he kept my interest. I genuinely knew he would take good care of me! When we went to Corwin, he laid out a ton of options and patiently allowed me to test drive several rav4s. When my heart was set on one, he took the time to help me get approved.
