Service Tech Brien was very helpful changing the Audioscreen,so tom take the phones off the answering mode. I no longer needed them hooked up because of bluecoat hearing aids. Salesman Stephen Gomez appeared busy but stopped what he was doing to help me as I looked around for assistance. The dealership did not add an "upcharge" that is common among most dealerships these days due to our current medical/financial complications which was very appreciated. 1.75%/48-month Toyota financing was a pleasant surprise. the finance and service managers were attentive and professional. The salesman explained all the features and was available of follow-up. The service department added accessories in a timely manner. Overall, a pleasant experience. More
Service center, particularly Kodee, redeemed the awful performance of the Sales department. They fixed the screwups caused by the world's worst sales person, Jim Johring, apologized for his incompetence, performance of the Sales department. I was determined to never do business with Corwin again, but Kodee's professionalism, attention to detail, communication, and follow through was perfect. I'm taking a star off the rating to reflect Jim's incompetence, but hopefully won't ever have to deal with him again. More

Bought a new 2022 4runner and have some squeaking noise coming from the driver side when I drive over speed bump and dips. Took it back to service and they couldn't find the problem.
