No WAY! I bought a 2017 Ford Fusion hybrid car in mid December from Larry H. Miller Liberty Toyota Colorado Springs and traded in an SUV. Lo and behold in Feb I bought a 2017 Ford Fusion hybrid car in mid December from Larry H. Miller Liberty Toyota Colorado Springs and traded in an SUV. Lo and behold in February, yes you heard that correctly, in FEBRUARY I learned the deal had never been financed. Instead of trying to help, they were only interested in getting me financed in that car no matter what terms to they could count the deal from December. But, they had sold my trade-in and paid it off! I gave the purchased car back (major safety issues) and didn't hear anything so ended up having to buy a vehicle to get to work. They told me there was no way, it was impossible to get my trade in back. Fug get about it! Then the day after I bought my work car, they sent me a letter that said to come and get my trade in PLUS they somehow talked the finance company into reversing the payment!!! What??? Though they produced my trade-in, they would not give me my down payment back. Justin Lombardi - general manager has been awful to discuss this with. He keeps reverting to the statement that I drove "his car for two months". Yep - but you kinda forgot to tell me that you didn't get it financed! Oh and he wants me to sign a release before I can have my down payment back. No suing, no complaining, no legal action...Now I have two cars, two car payments and my credit is completely screwed up as the finance company says I didn't make any payments since December. That's right - I didn't have the car back until March 26. A completely fraudulent transaction not helped by no one at this dealership wanting to take responsibility! More

We would 1000% recommend this dealer to everyone and anyone looking to buy a new car. Sales did not pressure us which I normally find to be the scariest part of buying but they were just wonderful. He didn't pressure us, he spent time with us (even knowing we were still shopping around and hadn't decided between Toyota and a Honda yet). He was so helpful, didn't pressure us, was easy to talk with. AND he listened to us and heard what we were saying, rather than talking non-stop, being pushy, and going on and on about things that didn't matter to us and didn't impress us. We will definitely be buying our Toyota from Matthew! More
