The new owner orientation with the service and parts managers is a fine touch and the information they provided was priceless. With my most recent visit for 10,000 mile service, I was cheerfully greeted by Skip ( part time shuttle driver / service advisor ) and Scott who wrote up the workorder and I apologize for not remembering the young lady who closed out the order. It's what I have come to expect from Toyota and i'm sure LHM goes beyond Toyota's guide lines, as I have had experience with other Toyota dealers around the country (always a very positive experience but none compare to LHM ). I was very pleased that my request in a certain car model did not fall on deaf ears. I have been to a couple of dealerships and I have found that the salemen always try to sell you a car that they want you t did not fall on deaf ears. This was not the case, Michael was very helpful and knowledgeable about the cars. I was very pleased that I did not have to spend weeks working with sales people and having to go to a bunch of diffrent dealerships. More

I had previously used Toyota dealerships in Colorado and Missouri where I had lived previously, but stopped once moving to Florida because of my experience. When I moved back to Colorado, I decided to give Toyota a try again. Sander has convinced me to once again use Toyota because he was very knowledgeable and helpful. The service was excellent and the work is quality. Lastly, Sander was willing to negotiate the prices of the work being done. More
My only disappointment was that the car I purchased was driven to Colorado Springs from the Denver area, I was under the impression that the car was going to be on a trailer for the transport. Although Sanders took very good care of us service wise and we were only there for recall work, you all need to get your labor prices down CONSIDERABLY for service related work. Sanders quoted me for two and we were only there for recall work, you all need to get your labor prices down CONSIDERABLY for service related work. Sanders quoted me for two items my vehicle needs and the quote for the work for you vs. Brakes Plus was 3 times more for a brake flush and $290 more for a timing chain replacement!! Secondly, I was NEVER notified about the major recall on my 2003 Toyota Avalon regarding the steering lock problem. I found out accidently ONLY because Sanders took the initiative to look that up on his own. I then got on the Internet using Google News and found out that recall was out since July!! If this is a communication problem between your office and corporate then you need to fix that IMMEDIATELY because this was a potential SERIOUS SAFETY issue!! More
Extremely good experience, no real haggling needed as their initial offer was right in the ballpark based on my research for both the new car and my trade in. Cindy and Pam are world class. Very clean store with great work areas and great ski lodge setting. My new Rav4 Limited was clean and had full tank of fuel when promised. Absolutely outstanding customer service from Bill Nelson and the finance team. This is the second vehicle that we have bought from Mr. Nelson and we tell all of our friends to go see him at Liberty Toyota. and the finance team. From my first communication with Ms Wynn to the signature on the Purchase/Sales order, Ms Wynn listened to and addressed every question and concern I had. She did so with an attitude which clearly made me feel one of her goals was to also make sure I understood and was satisfied with all aspects of the transaction. Never during any point in the process was there any presence of pressure or frustration felt on my part. I would recommend Ms Wynn to anyone who is considering purchasing a vehicle. More
