I think customerService at the dealership has gone down in the last 15 years. I understand Toyota‘s especially for runners are a hot commodity right now. I have talked to two different sales people at this in the last 15 years. I understand Toyota‘s especially for runners are a hot commodity right now. I have talked to two different sales people at this location regarding a new forerunner as I am a Toyota committed customer since 1997. But my interactions with both of them are leading me to consider other options than Toyota.. Adam is a nice man, but it seems over the past few years that he has been my advisor. He seems exhausted and what comes across as overworked. The same thing happened when Gary was my advisor, which is the reason I moved to a different advisor. Gary is a much happier man in his new position and honestly, I would just go through the express service in the future. As much as I want to have a relationship with Toyota and my advisor it doesn’t feel like that is supported by the company any longer which shows through the advisor. More

Both people I dealt with in finance JB Bauer and a lady with really long nails were superb! Not a bad thing to say about any of them they all had my back were trustworthy and not slimy car sales people lol. I felt taken care of. More

I wanted a thorough explanation of proposed service and how how it was charged. I did feel that charges to clean the battery filter were very high for the labor time involved. Crooks! ! Service slow. Corwin seems like they've "worked" on my Corolla longer than I've had it. Practically each time it's needed servicing, it's taken C ! Service slow. Corwin seems like they've "worked" on my Corolla longer than I've had it. Practically each time it's needed servicing, it's taken Corwin one week to diagnose & complete the job. I've also had to return my car on at least 3 occasions for the service department to correct the problem. The prices they charge for servicing my car are outrageous! One one occasion I took my car to Corwin because the driver's window would not consistently go up or down. The first time Corwin worked on the window they claimed the tracks on the bottom of the window were malfunctioning. Over $500.00 to fix the window. One week later, more problems with the same issue. Another $500.00+ to repair. On another occasion, I had my car thoroughly serviced. After a bill of $5,000.00+ I continued to experience problems with the engine light. It was supposedly fixed but the engine light continued to light up intermittently. 3rd time around, the service department determined it was a sensor. Often, Corwin doesn't have the correct parts available for my car. I'm so sick of their service department that I'll be going elsewhere next time I need my Corolla worked on. More
