Preston was very helpful. He answered all my questions. As this being my first Toyota, I had a few. The service was quick and I like that my car was washed. As this being my first Toyota, I had a few. The service was quick and I like that my car was washed. More
I was at LHM service center recently to get snow tires. Is there any other car to drive besides a Toyota? I have driven Toyotas for many years. My experience at LHM Toyota is always a good one. I've dealt with Paul Reed off and on for many years. Paul is friendly, great at his job and extremely helpful. I don't even mind waiting at the dealership for my car since the waiting area is comfortable and welcoming and they time the appointments so they are working on your car as soon as you take it in. Subsequently, you wait the minimum amount of time it takes to get the job done. More

Check engine light came on with VSC at 152,000 miles - loose vacumn hose was re-attached. I payed $900 for a total servicing on my Toyota Highlander at that time. Then 18,000 miles later the check eng loose vacumn hose was re-attached. I payed $900 for a total servicing on my Toyota Highlander at that time. Then 18,000 miles later the check engine light and VSC light came on again. Upon checking, the same hose came loose again....original fix was not done in a way that would prevent it from happening again. I was told that I needed to pay $110 for tec to use computer to verify this and re-set the lights. Preston was helpful in getting the vacumn hose replaced and a new clamp installed at no additional change to me so that this will hopefully not happen again. This should have been done the first time. Preston was helpful: keeping me informed of the work being done, explaining the problem, and coming up with the proper fix at no extra charge, but he was not able to credit me the regular $110 fee. I am a widow and lean on the service department to make sure my Toyota is safe and well maintained. I often enjoy working with someone closer to my age in certain capacities. The other staff were very friendly and helpful, don't misunderstand me. However I can easily feel stupid in the mechanical world and an older service person can put me more at ease. More
I was in for my 90,000 check up on my Highlander. All my service visits have been great with Gary Haines. He has always been honest about what needs to be done or what can wait for service later. He also service visits have been great with Gary Haines. He has always been honest about what needs to be done or what can wait for service later. He also tries really hard to keep costs down, but will make sure that what you need is what is done for your vehicle and ultimately your safety. On a previous visit he made sure that my husbands truck was fixed correctly. There was a sound that we could not figure out and Gary had me drive with a tech to see if he could identify it. He actually heard it and worked until he found out that one of the bearings was shot on an axel. If not found it could have been much much more expensive and could have left us stranded on the side of the road somewhere. Great service everytime, even though I may not always like the bill. More

Noah and all the staff I contacted were very helpful from making the appointment on the phone to driving out the door. I was on vacation and had scheduled a 20,000 mile service be performed but on my way to the dealership ran over a deer. They inspected my car, got parts from Denver to repair my car and had me safely back on be performed but on my way to the dealership ran over a deer. They inspected my car, got parts from Denver to repair my car and had me safely back on the road to get home to Tennessee to have my car repaired without having to take any additional days off work (without pay of course). Thanks so much for taking care of me and my Prius C. More

When a major component went bad, Fred Olsen gave me the option to purchase a factory or after-market part and given the large price difference, I chose the after market part. Unfortunately, the aftermarket part(s) just didn't cut it, and an associated problem arose. Given that, Liberty Toyota - at no charge to me - replaced the part and gave me a rental each time (the aftermarket parts failed more than once, unfortunately.) Ultimately, we both came to the conclusion that the ‘aftermarket’ for this particular part would not solve the problem and they offered to install a factory part, and only charged the difference in price. Liberty surely lost a lot of money on this repair (labor, car rental, etc.) but each and every time they made the decision in terms of what was best for ME, the car owner. We get this kind of service EVERY TIME we go to Liberty Toyota, which is one reason we’re looking exclusively at (Liberty) Toyota for when we purchase our next car. More
