Right from the start, when I drove the car in for service, I was met by Mike Tomollan eho got me checked in quickly. He explained they would do a diagnostic test to identify the problem. Once problem was located, the work was done and he saved us significant money. Other systems were checked for their efficiency and Mike called and explained the preventive measures to be taken to keep the car running more efficiently. We had the flushes done on the other systems. I felt like everything was explained clearly to me and the why of doing certain things. He was interested in saving us money as well as saving us money in the future by highly recommending the preventive flushes. Overall, very personable, honest, not trying to rip us off and the work was done in a timely manner. I was pleasantly surprised that the day I called, I was able to get an appointment, the car looked at and the work was begun. Your courtesy shuttled worked very well for me. The driver was very pleasant and I had the same person take me home that day and pick me up the next. I feel like Toyota can be trusted, work ethics are high, customer service is top notch and the time waiting for work to be done was superb. Keep up the good work! More

As with most dealerships, I think prices are higher than in the competitive market, but in this case I was willing to accept that (e.g.: I also looked at getting a trailer hitch at the dealer. Toyota wants almost $700 for a Class 3 trailer hitch; comparable hitch installed with wiring elsewhere is $300 - $350). I don't know how much I would have saved on the clear bra and body side molding, but suspect I could have done better than $580. Overall, this dealership is very nice, with excellent customer service. More
I always get great service and fantastic professionalism from the dealership. I always recommend Toyota to everyone I know. The check in process was very easy and well-organized. The shop is so CLEAN! The waiting area was so nice - I especially like the free coffee and muffins. I would have liked to know for sure that my recall work was not necessary due to the circuit board not being in the defective "lot" sequence - I was told it wasn't cracked, but that doesn't indicate to me that it won't crack in the future. Per the recall letter, the part needed to be checked against a "lot" number that had been shown to be defective. I always loved the free car wash. All in all, great customer service! More
Sander did a great job handling my service call. He greeted me almost immediately, stopping what he was doing and heading over my way to take care of my inprocessing. He called promptly when my truck was done. When I came by to pick it up, he ensured my ordered was handled as soon as possible and even went to drive my truck around when no one answered his call to bring it up. He went the extra mile and even though they are little things that he did (friendly attitude, grabbing my truck when no one else did) it was a big deal. I greatly appreciated the service. More

Our Camry had the driver's seat stuck in the full forward position. Atkinson Toyota in Bryan Tx told us it could not be moved back nor fixed and the entire seat unit would have to be replaced at a cost of $ position. We opted to drive back to our local Toyota dealer in Colorado Springs. We explained our desire not to spend $2000+ on a 2003 vehicle with 149,000 and asked them also if there was an alternate fix. They got the seat to operate again with the warning to not put it in the full forward position for a $100 charge. It was pushed forward originally to retrieve something from under the seat - possibly beyond the normal realm - no one drives this close to the dashboard. We will be recommending this dealer for their honesty, talent and ability to listen to the customer. Thank you, you have earned not only our future business but also our trust. More
