Driving into Corwin Toyota, I had less than a favorable opinion of Toyota. Previous sales staff had ignored me and my concerns. I believe in truth and honesty. From first contact, Vince was professional, personable and understanding. He actually listened to me and if he didn't know the answers,he researched it. I could tell that I wasn't just a number or a sale to him. Jared also took the time to actually get to know me and my situation. Once again it was professionalism in action. My schedule didn't work out for Vince to assist with the final setup and delivery of my new truck, so Cody was nice enough to fight through the final leg of the journey. He also did a fantastic job. In summary, the experience was a 4.5-5 stars. A negative circumstance was turned into a positive experience. I would and will recommend those that I dealt with at Corwin. When we were leaving Corwin with the vehicle I noticed the battery light was on. Incredibly the alternator had failed and, although Corwin had no legal obligation or liability, they located a new alternator and completed the repair the next day at no charge to us. I now consider Aaron Heydorn in sales a personal friend and Corwin Toyota has our loyalty. Everyone else we came in contact with at Corwin was very professional and helpful with Paul in the service department deserving special mention for keeping us well informed. More
