Jay Kirlin was quick in helping me find the vehicle and explaining many of the features I might not have been familiar with. I'm especially grateful for some of the mechanical info he shared about my old vehicle and the anecdotes about other cars he's worked with. Both he and the finance guys(managers?) were very upfront about all of the various fees, rates, and options I had. Working out a deal was not stressful at all.
