Costumer service We bought a certified Toyota and after two days the engine light went off. I came back to get it fixed and the mechanic told me that someone forgot to We bought a certified Toyota and after two days the engine light went off. I came back to get it fixed and the mechanic told me that someone forgot to reboot the system. He rebooted it. Also, at the time of the purchase the salesperson and sales manager promised us to detail the car. We had to come back three times because they said that they cleaned three times, but they didn't. Today, I went to other dealership for oil change and 4 items that should have been fixed while doing the certified process failed. Really bad customer services. More

Sold vehicle with bad tires Purchased a 2014 Corolla on 7/12/17. Within a week I could tell there was an issue. Louder than usual road noise. Tech advised all four tires were Purchased a 2014 Corolla on 7/12/17. Within a week I could tell there was an issue. Louder than usual road noise. Tech advised all four tires were cupping. This is due to transmission issue. These manipulative Salespeople sold me a car with bad tires and possibly a suspension that needs repair. Many people have determined and have proof the dealer does not do the 120 point Certified inspection as they say they do. I have a complaint with Toyota as this needs their attention. This dealer is not following the certified used car inspection guidelines set forth by Toyota. More
