Once they get the sale, you mean nothing Purchased a used car that was advertised to have features that didn't actually work. Needless to say, after you purchase a car, they do not care about customer service. More

Service department fails to call back Spring recall on my Tacoma so I contacted the service department and scheduled an appointment. They gave me a time it would be finished and when I cal Spring recall on my Tacoma so I contacted the service department and scheduled an appointment. They gave me a time it would be finished and when I called to pick it up, they told me it had not yet been looked at. On subsequent appointments to deal with frame rust recall issues, I was given the runaround and they didn't return phone calls. I then dealt directly with Toyota corporation and had everything changed to another dealership in the area. More

great experience! I bought a used 2010 Corolla at Corwin this past weekend. It was a pleasant buying experience. I went in there armed with my research, and Travis was I bought a used 2010 Corolla at Corwin this past weekend. It was a pleasant buying experience. I went in there armed with my research, and Travis was great. He and his manager were willing to negotiate. and we settled on a fair price. The only downside was that the wait was long. I waited almost three hours for my turn in line to see the finance guy so we could wrap things up. The place is very busy, but that's a good sign, right? More
