I really really liked the salesman Drew. He helped us find the perfect car. He was very, very helpful without being pushy. Kudos to him. However the mechanic department is not very impressive. They diagnosed the check engine light as a knock sensor on Saturday as we sealed the deal on the car and promised to fix it. It was to be done Monday or Tuesday. I recieved a photo text with the car on the lift being fixed. However, on Wednesday when we called the mechanic said he'd never seen it till Wednesday. ??? I finally got the car Thursday evening. But, Friday morning the check engine came on again. It's not fixed. I'm not happy. I love the car . I just wanted it fixed. More

I was very happy with the diagnosis of the problem with my car and the repair. The dealership is comfortable and very clean including the restroom. Staff appears to be very busy but never to busy to answer a question. I do miss seeing vehicles the showroom.
