Once they misdiagnosed the problem and had the new part installed when they found their mistake. Rather than just fixing the $15 mistake a leaving the $700 repair in place they took off all the parts they had put on that were not necessary. The fact that they frequently wash the inside of the windshield also keep me coning back. More

Fixed problem About a year ago the back window of our 2011 Dodge Caravan was broken while we were in FL. Our insurance sent out a company to replace but in so doin About a year ago the back window of our 2011 Dodge Caravan was broken while we were in FL. Our insurance sent out a company to replace but in so doing didn't re-install the door plastic properly. I was told by the Chry dealer in Fort Myers it was the clips. Reilly service took the plastic off and found out it wasn't the clips but the molding wasn't re-installed properly. Now it is installed properly thanks to capable service department. More

The car I test drove was already priced below average for a certified pre-owned, but Josh still brought down his offer for it to compete with the other two dealers I was shopping. I didn't even have to start haggling to get a great offer here. There was nothing wrong with the car I test drove, but I ended up buying from another dealer because I was looking for some features that the car at Reilly's didn't have. Still, the great offer I got here gave me great negotiating leverage with two other dealers! More

They did notchange all glow plugs left tools under hood of my truck also said I was leaking oil supposely only 1 1/2 qts of oil which hard to believe took truck for hunting trip drove over 1000 miles did not use any oil. Not happy they lost deal on brand new cruse or only 5000 mile I bought the next day! More
