Poor customer service/ No integrity I was involved in a accident by a dealership employee. The license tag was NOT on the car, but in the trunk. The insurance info on the back of the pla I was involved in a accident by a dealership employee. The license tag was NOT on the car, but in the trunk. The insurance info on the back of the plate was well over a year old. The driver did not have accurate insurance info. I spent the next two hours on the phone trying to gather the correct info. My insurance company could not make contact with the managers from the dealership and encouraged me to put the accident under my insurance. Fast forward a month later, 10 documented calls to the Manager Kevin Kramer and not one return call until the owner (Al Coughlin) was called. They claim that phone numbers were transposed, on the 10 voice mails- they would not all be wrong! Today- I have to pick up my car and pay for my repairs! I am beyond mad- their driver came into my lane and hit my car. This operation is without integrity- I would think that would be the same for selling cars. BTW- the owner never did return my call. With such a push for customer service- one would think they could do much better. Then again- I was not a sales customer. I clearly see that I do not matter, those with money matter., They are costing me money and don't even care. When I did speak with Kevin he said" Our car is taken care of, case closed" It clearly is for them. They don't care about how this has affected me. More
